Our Code of Business Ethics

This policy has been established to ensure that our company operates in accordance with the principles of integrity, transparency, and accountability in all its activities. All employees, managers, dealers, and suppliers are required to comply with these rules.

  • No employee or third-party representative may offer or accept any monetary or non-monetary benefit for the purpose of obtaining business, facilitating business, or securing preferential treatment.
  • Off-the-books payments made to expedite official procedures are strictly prohibited.
  • Gifts given to foster business relationships must be of only symbolic value and given at a reasonable frequency.
  • Cash, vacations, or luxury consumer goods that could influence the decision-making process may not be accepted or given as gifts.
  • Employees may not engage in activities that would use their position within the company to secure improper gains for themselves, their families, or their close associates.
  • No direct or indirect partnership relationships may be established with competing companies or suppliers.
  • No secret agreements that restrict competition—such as price-fixing, market-sharing, or bid-rigging—may be made with other machinery manufacturers.
  • Information about competitors may not be obtained through unethical means.
  • We work only with suppliers who meet our ethical standards, not just technical qualifications.
  • Partners providing after-sales service must adhere to the principles of honesty and transparency when representing our brand.
  • Technical drawings, patented technologies, and customer lists related to our machines are classified as “confidential” and may not be shared without permission.
  • Company-owned equipment, vehicles, and software are to be used solely for business purposes.
